DELIVERY: When you checkout, there are two options; pickup or delivery. If you choose pickup, your order will be delivered to NE Alliance for distribution to coaches. If you choose delivery, your order will be shipped via UPSP. Due to shipping and processing delays that are outside our control we can not guarantee delivery times; most orders are shipped within three weeks many within 2 weeks.
